City Council declare that this project is exempt from the California Environmental\nQuality Act (“CEQA”) under Section 15378(b)(2) – continuing administrative or\nmaintenance activities, such as purchases for supplies, personnel-related actions,\ngeneral policy or procedure making; and\n2. Open the public hearing and receive public input; and\n3. Receive and file this report.
