Approve Amendments to Agreements for Federal and State Legislative Consultant Services with\nDavid Turch and Associates and Townsend Public Affairs\nRecommendation: That the City Council approve the following:\n1. Second amendment to the agreement with David Turch and Associates\nfor Federal Legislative Consultant Services, an increase of $198,000 for\nan additional three-year term, for a total agreement amount of $594,000;\nand\n2.
