Accept the construction of the Interim Main Street Parking Lot\nImprovements, PW17-15, as complete; and\n2. Direct the City Clerk to file and record the Notice of Completion,\nrelease the Performance Bond, and accept a one-year Maintenance Bond\nin the amount of 10% of the final contract amount; and\n3.
