11) Professional Services Agreement with Transtech Engineers, Inc. to Provide\nConstruction Engineering & Inspection Services for the Murrieta Creek Multi-use\nTrail Project\nApprove and authorize the City Manager to execute a Professional Services\nAgreement with Transtech Engineers, Inc. in the amount of $701,100 to provide\nconstruction engineering and inspection services for the Murrieta Creek Multi-Use Trail\nProject in such final form as approved by the City Attorney and authorize the City\nManager to execute change orders not to exceed a 10% contingency for unanticipated\ncosts.
