12) Professional Services Agreement with HELIX Environmental Planning, Inc. to\nProvide Environmental Services for the Murrieta Creek Multi-use Trail Project\nApprove and authorize the City Manager to execute a Professional Services\nAgreement with HELIX Environmental Planning, Inc. in an amount not to exceed\n$331,100 to provide environmental monitoring services for the Murrieta Creek Multi-\nUse Trail Project in such final form as approved by the City Attorney and authorize the\nCity Manager to execute change orders not to exceed a 10% contingency for\nunanticipated costs.
