12. Purchase and Installation of New Scoreboard for the Marvin Cole Gymnasium\nThe City Council will consider: (PARKS)\na. Approving a purchase order with ABV Scoreboard Services, Inc.(NEVCO) for delivery, and\ninstallation of scoreboard equipment at the Sports Center in the amount of $77,589.23; and\nb.
