RESOLUTION TO INCORPORATE SENATE BILL 1, ROAD REPAIR AND\nACCOUNTABILITY ACT OF 2017, LOCAL STREETS AND ROADS, ROAD\nMAINTENANCE AND REHABILITATION FUNDS INTO THE CAPITAL\nIMPROVEMENT PROGRAM - City Council consider Senate Bill 1, Road Repair and\nAccountability Act of 2017, Local Streets and Roads, Road Maintenance and\nRehabilitation Account funds requiring the City of Santa Clarita to identify project(s)\nusing these funds through the adoption of a resolution at a regular public meeting.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\nCity Council:\n1. Adopt a resolution declaring the incorporation of a list of projects proposed to be\nfunded by Senate Bill 1, Road Repair and Accountability Act of 2017, Local Streets\nand Roads, Road Maintenance and Rehabilitation for Fiscal Year 2025-26 into the\nCapital Improvement Program.\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all documents, subject to City\nAttorney approval.
