15. TAX-SHARING RESOLUTIONS FOR SANITATION DISTRICT, ANNEXATION\nNOS. 1139 AND 1141 - The Santa Clarita Valley Sanitation District provides wastewater\ntreatment services within the District's service area. To provide wastewater treatment\nservice to properties located outside the District's service area, the boundary must be\nexpanded through the annexation process. The District has requested the City Council\nconsider adopting resolutions for two annexations.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\nCity Council:\n1. Adopt the Santa Clarita Valley Sanitation District's resolutions approving and\naccepting the negotiated exchange of property tax revenues resulting from Santa\nClarita Valley Sanitation District Annexation Nos. 1139 and 1141.\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all documents, subject to City\nAttorney approval.
