LIT FIBER TRANSPORT SERVICE AGREEMENT FOR THE MASTER'S\nUNIVERSITY - City Council consider approving a three-year contract allowing the City\nto utilize its fiber optic network and connection to Downtown Los Angeles to provide lit\ntransport service to The Master's University.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\nCity Council:\n1. Approve a three-year agreement, with two one-year renewal options, that will allow\nthe City to provide lit transport service to The Master’s University.\n2. Authorize an increase of $10,000 in Fiscal Year 2024-25 to revenue account 100-\n431111 Dark Fiber Lease.\n3. Authorize an increase of $9,000 annually in Fiscal Year 2025-26 through Fiscal Year\n2027-28 to revenue account 100-431111 Dark Fiber Lease.\n4. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all contracts and associated\ndocuments, subject to City Attorney approval.
