Conduct a public hearing.\n2. Determine that the project is exempt from environmental review pursuant to\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act under CEQA Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3),\nthe common-sense exemption.\n3 Introduce and pass to second reading an ordinance entitled: “AN ORDINANCE OF\nTHE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA CLARITA, CALIFORNIA,\nAPPROVING MASTER CASE 24-112, CONSISTING OF UNIFIED\nDEVELOPMENT CODE 24-001 (UDC24-001) AND SPECIFIC PLAN\nAMENDMENT 24-001 (SP24-001), AMENDING THE SANTA CLARITA\nMUNICIPAL CODE, OLD TOWN NEWHALL SPECIFIC PLAN, LYONS\nCORRIDOR PLAN, AND SOLEDAD CANYON ROAD CORRIDOR PLAN AS\nSHOWN IN EXHIBITS A-H,” waive reading of the text and consent to read by title\nonly, as listed on the agenda.
