LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH VERIZON WIRELESS FOR THE\nINSTALLATION AND OPERATION OF CELLULAR COMMUNICATIONS\nIMPROVEMENT EQUIPMENT ON CITY-OWNED PROPERTY - The item\nconsiders the authorization to execute an agreement with Verizon Wireless for the\npurpose of installing and operating cellular improvement equipment on City-owned\nproperty.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\nCity Council:\n1. Approve a License Agreement with Verizon Wireless for the installation of cellular\ncommunications equipment on City-owned property, Assessor’s Parcel Number\n2811-067-906.\n2. Increase revenue account 100-401204 by $5,000 for Fiscal Year 2024-25 with an\nongoing increase of $30,000 beginning in Fiscal Year 2025-26, subject to a Consumer\nPrice Index adjustment on the anniversary of the commencement of the License\nAgreement.\n3. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all contracts and associated\ndocuments, subject to City Attorney approval.
