F. Request of Councilmember Zernitskaya, Mayor Pro Tem Torosis, and Mayor Negrete that the City\nCouncil allocate $1,000 of Council Discretionary Funds to the Santa Monica Animal Shelter\nFoundation to help defray costs related to their Open House Fundraiser on June 7, 2025.
