14.4 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 2025-02, NEIGHBORHOOD SLURRY\nSEAL AREA 6 - FINDING THAT PURSUANT TO THE CALIFORNIA\nENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT OF 1970, THE PROJECT IS CATEGORICALLY\nEXEMPT UNDER SECTION 15301 CLASS 1 (C) AND APPROVAL OF PLANS AND\nSPECIFICATIONS - It is recommended the City Council find that pursuant to the\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act of 1970, the project is categorically exempt under\nSection 15301 Class 1 (c) and will have no significant adverse effect on the\nenvironment; approve the plans and specifications for Capital Improvement Project\nNo. 2025-02, Neighborhood Slurry Seal Area 6; and authorize the City Clerk to\nadvertise for sealed bids.\n14.4 CIP No. 2025-02
