Item No. 24. 2023-0152 CONSIDER APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT NO. 6 TO\nTHE AGREEMENT (18-097) WITH WEST COAST\nARBORISTS, INC., FOR TREE MAINTENANCE\nSERVICES TO THE CITY AND ADOPT RESOLUTION\nNO. 23-052 AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2022-23\nBUDGET IN THE GENERAL FUND (CITY COUNCIL)\nRecommendation: TAKE the following actions:\n1. APPROVE Amendment No. 6 to the Agreement for Contract\nServices by and between the City of Carson and West Coast\nArborists, Inc. to increase the contract sum by $400,000.00 to\nprovide increased tree maintenance services through the end of\nthe final extension period of September 30, 2024, such that the\ntotal cost of the Contract Agreement does not exceed\n$4,478,179.03.\n2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute the amendment after\napproval as to form by the City Attorney.\n3.
