Amendment of the CalPERS Contract for El Cajon Police Officers' Association and\nPolice Officers' Association Management Group.\nRECOMMENDATION:\nThat Mayor Wells requests the City Clerk to recite the title.\nAn Ordinance of the City Council of the City of El Cajon Approving an Amendment to\nthe Contract between the City of El Cajon and the Board of Administration, California\nPublic Employees' Retirement Systems.\nCALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT:\nThe proposed ordinance is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act\n("CEQA") pursuant to State CEQA Guidelines section 15378(b)(4) and (5). Government\nfiscal and administrative activities are not subject to CEQA.
