Item 55: Second Amendment to the Contract with Focus Psychological Service, Inc. for\nComprehensive Psychological Services.\nTotal Estimated Cost of Proposed Action and Funding Source:\nAuthorization of this second amendment to the agreement will increase the not-to-exceed\namount of the contract by $964,050 to a total not-to-exceed amount of $5,479,845 and\nwill extend the duration of the contract for an additional one-year term through June 30,\n2026. $661,000 will be funded by the Police General Fund and $66,800 will be funded by\nthe Police BSCC Wellness Grant, and $236,250 will be funded by the Fire Department\nGeneral Fund.\nCouncil District(s) Affected: Citywide.\nProposed Actions:\n(O-2025-116)\nIntroduction of an Ordinance authorizing the Mayor, or his designee, to enter into the\nSecond Amendment to the Contract with Focus Psychological Services, Inc. to provide\ncomprehensive psychological services for public safety employees, increasing the contract\nby $964,050 and extending the Contract for an additional one year through June 30, 2026.\n6 votes required pursuant to Charter Section 99.
