14.3 Consideration and Approval of a Professional Services Agreement with SWA Group,\nInc. for Professional Design Services for a Not-to-Exceed Amount of $333,860 and a\nProfessional Services Agreement with MKSK, Inc. for Peer Review Services for the\nPioneer Park Feasibility and Design, CIP No. 841 for a Not-to-Exceed Amount of\n$97,592.\nRECOMMENDATION OF BU SINESS ITEM UNDER CONSIDERATION:\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Consider and approve a Professional Services Agreement for Professional Design\nServices for the Pioneer Park Feasibility Study and Design, CIP No. 841 with SWA Group,\nInc. for a not-to-exceed amount of $333,860 for Phase 1 which includes an Agreement\namount of $303,509 plus a ten percent (10%) contingency of $30,351, and a fee to be\nmutually agreed upon and approved by the City Council at a future date for Phase 2;\n2. Consider and approve a Professional Services Agreement for Peer Review Services for\nthe Pioneer Park Feasibility Study and Design, CIP No. 841 with MKSK, Inc. for a not-to-\nexceed amount of $97,592 which includes an Agreement amount of $88,720 plus a ten\npercent (10%) contingency of $8,872; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager, or her designee, to execute the Professional Services\nAgreement with SWA Group, Inc. and MKSK, Inc.\nTotal Cost: $431,452 Account No: CNRA Grant\nIs the cost of this item budgeted?
