25. APPROVE AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO AGREEMENT NO. 4040 WITH UNIVERSAL PROTECTION SERVICES,\nLP TO PROVIDE UNARMED TRANSIT SECURITY GUARD SERVICES\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve Amendment No. 1 to Agreement No. 4040 with Universal Protection Service, LP dba Allied\nUniversal Security Services, for an additional two-year (2-year) term through June 30, 2027, increasing\nthe not-to-exceed amount by nine hundred twenty-four thousand, three hundred sixty-four dollars\n($924,364) to provide Unarmed Transit Security Guard Services; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager and/or his designee to execute Amendment No. 1 on behalf of the City of\nMontebello; and\n3. Take such additional, related, action that may be desirable
