20. ADOPT RESOLUTION 25-31 APPROVING THE ENGINEER'S REPORT FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2025-26\nANNUAL NATASHA LANE SEWER AND STORM WATER PUMP STATION ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO.\n2005-2 AND SETTING A DATE FOR THE PUBLIC HEARING\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Adopt Resolution No. 25-31 (Attachment A) approving the Fiscal Year 2025-26 Engineer’s Report\n(Attachment B) for the Annual Natasha Lane Sewer and Storm Water Pump Station Assessment District\nNo. 2005-2, setting a date for the Public Hearing for the regular meeting scheduled on June 25, 2025, at\n6:00 pm; and,\n2. Review the draft engineer’s report and comment prior to acceptance; and,\n3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
