4. 25-55283 Recommendation to adopt Request for Proposal UD-25-238 for As-Needed\nIndustrial Electrical Services and authorize the General Manager to award contracts\nto (1) Baker Electric & Renewables, LLC, a California corporation, (2) AMTEK\nConstruction, a California corporation, and (3) FIELDTEK Electric, LLC, a California\nlimited liability company, for on-call industrial electrical services in a total aggregate\namount not to exceed $750,000 for a one year period, with the option to renew for\nup to two additional one-year periods at the discretion of the General Manager; and\nauthorize the General Manager to execute all documents necessary to enter into\nthe contracts, including any necessary subsequent amendments.\nSuggested Action: Approve recommendation.
