4. Citywide Landscaping and Lighting Maintenance District No. 6 and Special Zones,\nEngineer's Report. Pursuant to the requirements of the Landscape and Lighting Act of 1972,\npart of Division 15 of the Streets and Highway Code of the State of California, an Engineer’s\nReport for Landscape and Lighting Maintenance District No. 6, including special zones (those\nareas receiving specific benefits in addition to the special citywide benefit) has been prepared for\nCity Council approval. Said approval sets the levy of assessments for Fiscal Year (FY) 2025-26\nand schedules the public hearing for June 16, 2025.\nRecommendation: That City Council adopt the attached Resolution, approving on a preliminary\nbasis the Engineer’s Report, and setting the public hearing for June 16, 2025.
