7. Maintenance District No. 84-1M, Esperanza Road Slopes, Engineer's Report. Attached for\nCity Council review is the Engineerâs Report for Maintenance District No. 84-1M. The report\ncontains a reference to the existing plans and specifications for the area to be maintained, the\nestimated cost to maintain for the Fiscal Year (FY) July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026, and the\nassessment diagram.\nRecommendation: That City Council adopt the attached Resolution, approving on a preliminary\nbasis the Engineerâs Report, and setting the public hearing for June 16, 2025.
