9. Approval of the Old Town La Verne Business Improvement District Annual Report and\nIntention to Levy an Annual Assessment. The 2024-2025 annual report for the Old Town La\nVerne Business Improvement District has been prepared for review by the City Council. Per\nstate law, the City Council is required to declare its intention to hold a public hearing to levy\nannual assessments for the businesses located within the district area.\nRecommendation: That the City Council:\n1. Approve the 2024-2025 Annual Report for the Old Town La Verne Business\nImprovement District (BID); and,\n2.
