8. Update to the Rules for the Conduct of City Council Meetings. The Rules for the Conduct of\nCity Council Meetings is contained within Administrative Regulation 121, originally adopted in\n2019, to ensure respectful and professional conduct among all meeting participants. The\nAdministration Regulation is being updated to reflect current practices for virtual public\nparticipation via Zoom or other virtual platform.\nRecommendation: That the City Council approve the update to Administrative Regulation 121:\nThe Rules for the Conduct of City Council meetings.
