DEL TORO]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider directing the Ethics Reform\nTask Force to evaluate the existing disclosure requirements outlined in the\nLevine Act (CA Government Code Section 84308) and recommend\nadditional measures to be adopted locally to ensure transparency in the\ndisclosure process.\nRECOMMENDATION: Direct the Ethics Reform Task Force to evaluate\nthe existing disclosure requirements outlined in California Government\nCode Section 84308, commonly referred to as the “Levine Act”, and\nrecommend additional measures to ensure transparency in the disclosure\nprocess.
