B.14. AMENDMENT NO. 6 TO THE AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES WITH\nKIMLEY-HORN & ASSOCIATES INC. FOR DESIGN SERVICES [H.\nCOLLINS, J. GILMOUR]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider amending the Agreement for\nServices with Kimley-Horn & Associates, Inc. for professional engineering\ndesign services for traffic signal fiber optic system loop within many City\ncorridors to modify the Scope of Services, increase the not-to-exceed\namount, and extend the term of the Agreement.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve Amendment No. 6 to the Agreement\nfor Services with Kimley-Horn & Associates, Inc., to modify the Scope of\nServices, increase the amount of the agreement by $92,200 for a total not-\nto-exceed amount of $590,450, and extend the agreement to June 30,\n2028; and 2) Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute\ndocuments incident to the agreement.
