B.13. AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES WITH\nKIMLEY-HORN & ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR ON-CALL ENGINEERING\nSERVICES [H. COLLINS, J. GILMOUR]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider amending the Agreement for\nServices with Kimley-Horn & Associates, Inc. for on-call engineering\nservices to increase the not-to-exceed amount of the Agreement and\nextend the Agreement.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement\nfor Services with Kimley-Horn & Associates, Inc. to increase the amount of\nthe agreement by $300,000 for a total not-to-exceed amount of $500,000\nand extend the agreement to June 30, 2028; and 2) Authorize the City\nManager or designee to execute documents incident to the agreement.
