E.1. AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES WITH WEST HOLLYWOOD TRAVEL &\nTOURISM (VISIT WEST HOLLYWOOD) FOR WEHO LOVES LOCALS\nEXPANSION, GIFT CARD PROGRAM, AND RAINBOW DISTRICT\nMARKETING [L. BIERY, P. D’AMBROSIA]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will receive an update on WeHo Loves\nLocals and consider approving an Agreement for Services with West\nHollywood Travel and Tourism (Visit West Hollywood) for WeHo Loves\nLocals expansion, gift card program, and Rainbow District marketing.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve an Agreement for Services with West\nHollywood Travel and Tourism (Visit West Hollywood) for the WeHo Loves\nLocals expansion and gift card program in an amount not-to-exceed\n$369,960; 2) Approve an Agreement for Services with West Hollywood\nTravel and Tourism (Visit West Hollywood) for Rainbow District marketing\nin an amount not-to-exceed $95,000; 3) Authorize the Director of Finance\n& Technology Services to allocate $369,960 from unallocated reserves in\nthe General Fund for the WeHo Loves Locals expansion and gift card\nprogram; and 4) Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute\ndocuments incident to the Agreement.
