15. Initial Recommendations from the Committee Streamlining Taskforce\nRecommended Action: The Committee Streamlining Taskforce (Taskforce)\nrecommends that the City Council: 1) Adopt the Resolution (Attachment A)\nimplementing changes to the committee structure related to membership\ncategories and committee size; 2) Adopt the Resolution (Attachment B) dissolving\nthe Arts Advisory Committee; 3) Approve bi-annual and otherwise as-needed\nmeeting schedule for the Traffic and Parking Advisory Committee; 4) Direct staff\nto return to the City Council with an Ordinance to eliminate ex-officio positions on\nthe Design Review Board; and 5) Provide additional feedback and direction to\nstaff as appropriate.\nReference: Clerk’s File No. 401-5
