Adopt a California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Categorical Exemption pursuant to Guideline\nSection 15301 (Existing Facilities) and 15303 (New Construction); and\n2. Adopt a RESOLUTION determining certain City-owned property is not required for city purposes and\nthat leasing the property is in the public interest; and\n3. Approve a Fourth Amendment to Amended and Restated Lease (C2001-118) made by and between\nthe City of Torrance, a municipal corporation, and Torrance Flite Park LLC, a California limited liability\ncompany, for City-owned property located at 3481 Airport Drive.
