J. Consider awarding a public works construction contract for the Wildlife\nCorridor Encroachment Removal Project. (Wolterding)\nRecommendation: 1) Approve the plans, specifications, and construction\ndocuments for the Wildlife Corridor Encroachment Removal Project (Capital\nImprovement Program ((CIP)) Project No. 8427); 2) Award a construction\ncontract for the Wildlife Corridor Encroachment Removal Project to RAMCO\nGeneral Engineering Contractors Inc., in the amount of $299,000, with a\ncontingency of 10%, or $29,900, for a total amount of up to $328,900; and, 3)\nAuthorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the contracts, in forms\napproved by the City Attorney.\nAgenda Report
