K. Consideration to award a public works agreement to Built Rite Fence\nCompany to repair the Coastal Bluff Tail Fence along Calle Entradero\n(Mesker)\nRecommendation: 1) Approve the construction documents for the Coastal\nBluff Trail Fence Repairs Along Calle Entradero project; 2) Award a public\nworks agreement for the Coastal Bluff Trail Fence Repairs along Calle\nEntradero project to Built Rite Fence Company in the amount of $62,840, with\na contingency of 10%, or $6,284; for a total amount of up to $69,124; and, 3)\nAuthorize the Mayor to execute the agreement in a form approved by the City\nAttorney.\nAgenda Report
