G. Consideration to file a Notice of Completion for the Storm Drain Improvements\nat Peacock Ridge Road (CIP 8723). (Sunwoo)\nRecommendation: 1) Accept the Storm Drain Improvements at Peacock\nRidge Road (CIP 8723) as complete; 2) Authorize the City Clerk to file a\nNotice of Completion for the project with the Los Angeles County Registrar-\nRecorder’s Office; and if no claims are filed within 35 days after recordation,\nsend a notice to the surety company to exonerate the Performance Bond; and,\n3) Authorize the Director of Public Works to release the 5% construction\nretention payment to ASAD Holdings (dba Orangeblue General Contractors),\n35 days after recordation of the Notice of Completion by the Los Angeles\nCounty Registrar-Recorder’s Office, contingent upon no claims being filed on\nthe project, and the contractor posting an acceptable warrant bond with the\nCity.\nAgenda Report
