Accept Notice of Completion (NOC) of the Cudahy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Project ENE-\n001 (page 25)\nPresented by the Public Works Director\nRecommendation: The City Council is requested to:\n1. Accept the completion of work performed by Siemens Industry, Inc\nfor the Cudahy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Project ENE-001;\nand\n2. Authorize City Manager to execute the Notice of Completion (NOC)\nand direct the City Clerk to file the NOC with the Los Angeles County\nRecorder’s Office; and\n3. Authorize the release of the 5% retention to Siemens Industry, Inc.
