(page 31)\nPresented by the Public Works Director\nRecommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Approve the Right-of-Way (ROW) Use Agreement between the City\nand the Gateway Cities Council of Governments for the installation,\nmaintenance, and operation of the Gateway Cities Regional Fiber\nOptic Network on the City’s rights-of-way; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to administer the Agreement,\nincluding approving finalized plans and any other actions in\nconnection with the Agreement.
