1.F Engineer’s Report and Resolutions Declaring the Intention to Levy and Collect\nAssessments within the Wildflow Landscape Maintenance Assessments District 97-1\nfor Fiscal Year 2025-26 and Set Date for Public Hearing.\nReference: Izzy Murguia, Public Works Director\nRecommendation: It is recommended the City Council adopt the following Resolutions:\na. Adopt a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Lemon Grove, County of San\nDiego, California, initiating proceedings and ordering the preparation of an engineer's\nreport for Wildflower Landscape Maintenance Assessment District No. 97-1 (“District”)\nfor Fiscal Year 2025/2026.\nb. Adopt a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Lemon Grove, County of San\nDiego, preliminarily approving engineer's report for Fiscal Year 2025/2026 for\nWildflower Landscape Maintenance Assessment District No. 97-1 (“District”).\nc. Adopt a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Lemon Grove, County of San\nDiego, California, declaring its intention to levy and collect assessments for Fiscal Year\n2025/2026 in Wildflower Landscape Maintenance Assessment District No. 97-1;\ndeclaring the work to be of more special than general public benefit; specifying the\nexterior boundaries of the areas within Wildflower Landscape Maintenance\nAssessment District No. 97-1 (“District”) to be assessed the cost and expense thereof;\ndesignating said district as Wildflower Landscape Maintenance Assessment District\nNo. 97-1, determining that these proceedings shall be taken pursuant to the\nLandscaping and Lighting Act of 1972; and offering a time and place for the public\nhearing.
