Therefore, pursuant to State Guidelines\nSection 15060(c)(3) no environmental review is required.\n City of Chula Vista - City Council/Successor Agency to the RDA/Housing Authority\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\nAdopt the following resolutions:\nA) Initiating proceedings for the levy and collection of assessments for Fiscal Year 2025-26 for\nOpen Space Districts 1 through 11, 14, 15, 17, 18, 20, 23, 24, 26, 31, 33, Eastlake\nMaintenance District No 1, Town Centre Maintenance District, and Bay Boulevard Maintenance\nDistrict pursuant to the Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972;\nB) Approving the Engineer’s Report, declaring the intention to levy and collect assessments;\nand setting a public hearing for July 8, 2025, regarding the Fiscal Year 2025-26 assessments\nfor Open Space Districts 2 through 11, 14, 15, 17, 18, 20 (Zones 1 through 4, 6, 8, and 9), 23,\n24, 26, 31, 33, Eastlake Maintenance District No 1, Town Centre Maintenance District, and Bay\nBoulevard Maintenance District;\nC) Approving the Engineer’s Report, declaring the intention to levy and collect assessments;\nand setting a public hearing for July 8, 2025, regarding the Fiscal Year 2025-26 assessments\nfor Open Space District 1;\nD) Approving the Engineer’s Report, declaring the intention to levy and collect assessments;\nand setting a public hearing for July 8, 2025, regarding the Fiscal Year 2025-26 assessments\nfor Open Space District 20 Zone 5;\nE) Approving the Engineer’s Report, declaring the intention to levy and collect assessments;\nand setting a public hearing for July 8, 2025, regarding the Fiscal Year 2025-26 assessments\nfor Open Space District 20 Zone 7.
