10.1 ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTERS 16.04, 16.12, 16.20 AND 16.24 OF THE CORONA\nMUNICIPAL CODE TO DELETE AND UPDATE OUTDATED LANGUAGE AND TO AUTHORIZE THE\nCITY MANAGER TO APPROVE SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENTS AND TO ACCEPT\nAND RELEASE SECURITY FOR SUBDIVISIO\nThat the City Council introduce, by title only, and waive full reading of consideration of Ordinance No.\n3417, first reading of an ordinance amending Chapters 16.04, 16.12, 16.20 and 16.24 of the Corona\nMunicipal Code to delete and update outdated language and to authorize the City Manager to approve\nsubdivision improvement agreements and to accept and release security for subdivision\nimprovements.
