4.1 FISCAL YEAR\n2025-26\nLANDSCAPE,\nMAINTENANCE ASSESSMENT\nLIGHTING\nAND\nPARK\nACTION:\n1) Conduct the public hearing.\n2) Adopt - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF\nIRVINE, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING AND/OR APPROVING THE ENGINEER'S\nANNUAL LEVY REPORT INCLUDING PROPOSED INCREASED\nASSESSMENTS FOR THE LANDSCAPE, LIGHTING AND PARK\nMAINTENANCE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT FOR FISCAL YEAR 2025-26\n3) City Clerk, as election official, shall direct Willdan to start the tabulation of\nthe ballots.\n4) Announce that ballot tabulation is open for public witnesses, will be\ncontinued to the next day, and the results of the ballot tabulation will be\ndeclared at the next City Council meeting.\n4.1
