3.4 CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT UPDATE FOR BOSQUE AND PERIMETER\nPARK MASS GRADING ACTIVITIES, CIP 372418\nACTION:\n1) Approve a construction contract update for Heart of the Park Mass Grade,\nCIP 372418, with D.A. McCosker Construction Company, dba Independent\nConstruction Company, to facilitate Bosque and Perimeter Park mass grading\nactivities within the Great Park.\n2) Appropriate funding in the amount of $6,000,000 to fund the construction\nactivities.\n(Unless otherwise directed by a member of the City Council, the vote on this\nmatter will reflect the prior action of each Councilmember when he or she sat\nand voted as a member of the Board of Directors of the Great Park\nCorporation. However, if a Councilmember is not present at the City Council\nmeeting, his or her vote will be reflected as absent.)\n3.4
