6. Approve Agreement w/ Superior Pavement Markings, Inc., for Construction of the\nThermoplastic Striping of Streets Citywide, Phase II, #735-ST\nThe City Council will consider: (PW)\na. Approving an Agreement with Superior Pavement Markings, Inc. (“Agreement”), for the\nconstruction of the Thermoplastic Striping of Streets Citywide Project Phase II, City Project No.\n735-ST, in an amount not-to-exceed $94,511;\nb. Authorizing the Mayor to execute the Agreement in a form acceptable to the City Attorney;\nc. Authorizing the City Manager to execute change order in the amount of $37,400 for additional\nstriping of streets citywide;\nd. Declaring the Thermoplastic Striping of Streets Citywide Project Phase II, City Project No. 735ST, categorically exempt under Title 14 of the California Code of Regulations, Section 15301 of\nthe California Environmental Quality Act (“CEQA”); and\ne.
