3.7 SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE WASTE DISPOSAL AGREEMENT (WDA)\nWITH THE COUNTY OF ORANGE\nACTION:\n1) Approve and authorize the City Manager to sign the WDA Amendment with\nthe Orange County Waste & Recycling (OCWR), subject to:\n2) Approval of the subject Amendment by the Orange County Board of\nSupervisors.\n3) Approval of a corresponding agreement by the Orange County Board of\nSupervisors to implement the provisions contained in the County CEO's\nconditional (not yet ratified by the County Board of Supervisors) proposal\ndated June 30, 2025.\n4) Authorize the City Manager to execute subsequent agreement(s) as\nnecessary to implement the provisions contained in the County CEO's\nconditional (not yet ratified by the County Board of Supervisors) proposal\ndated June 30, 2025, subject to advance notice to the City Council of such\ncontemplated agreements.\n3.7
