8.\nPUBLIC HEARING\nORDINANCE\n1200\nAUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF LOCAL MEASURE M\nTRANSPORTATION SALES TAX REVENUE BONDS (IN AN\nAGGREGATE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED\n$10,500,000) BY THE PARAMOUNT PUBLIC FINANCING\nAUTHORITY TO FINANCE STREET AND ROADWAY\nIMPROVEMENTS AT VARIOUS SITES IN THE CITY OF\nPARAMOUNT\nRecommended Action: Adopt Resolution No. 25:017, a\nresolution of the City Council of the City of Paramount authorizing\nthe execution and delivery by the City of Paramount of an\ninstallment sale agreement, a trust agreement, and a bond\npurchase agreement in connection with the issuance by the\nParamount Public Financing Authority of its local Measure M\ntransportation sales tax revenue bonds in one or more series or\nsubseries, approving the issuance of such bonds in an aggregate\nprincipal amount of not to exceed $10,500,000, and authorizing the\nexecution of final and necessary documents and certificates and\nrelated actions.\nAN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF\nPARAMOUNT APPROVING ZONING ORDINANCE TEXT\nAMENDMENT NO. 35, AMENDING SECTION 17.04.010\n(DEFINITIONS) AND REPEALING AND REPLACING CHAPTER\n17.112 OF TITLE 17 OF THE PARAMOUNT MUNICIPAL CODE\nIN ITS ENTIRETY TO ESTABLISH REVISED REGULATIONS\nFOR ART IN PUBLICLY ACCESSIBLE PLACES ON PRIVATE\nPROPERTY AND IN PUBLIC PLACES IN THE CITY OF\nPARAMOUNT\nRecommended Action: Read by title only, waive further reading,\nintroduce Ordinance No. 1200 and place it on the June 10, 2025\nagenda for adoption.
