Approves the Final Map (No. 2024-0011) and Subdivision Agreements for Public\n& Private Improvements for Tentative Subdivision Map (TSM) No. 2023-0013,\n1056 E Main Street, Engineering Job No. 3859;\n2. Authorizes the City Manager to execute the agreements and related\ndocumentation; and\n3. Authorizes the City Clerk to release bonds after completion of improvements.
