7.11 MS4 NPDES SERVICES AND INDUSTRIAL/COMMERCIAL FACILITY INSPECTION\nPROGRAM - It is recommended the City Council accept the proposal dated May 13, 2025,\nfrom John L. Hunter and Associates, Inc., for MS4 NPDES Industrial/Commercial Facility\nInspection Program for professional services in the amount of $59,900; authorize the City\nManager to execute the Professional Services Agreement with John L. Hunter and\nAssociates, Inc. on behalf of the City; authorize the City Manager to approve additional\nprofessional services provided by John L. Hunter and Associates, Inc. up to 20 percent of\nthe authorized contract award amount; and authorize the City Manager to execute two\noptional one-year extensions with John L.
