APPROVE Amendment No. 1 to the Design-Build Agreement\nwith Trane U.S., Inc. for Project 1662 - New Air Filtration & HVAC\nSystem at City Hall and Community Center.\n2. AUTHORIZE and DIRECT the Mayor to execute proposed\nAmendment No. 1 to the Design-Build Agreement with Trane U.S.,\nInc. following approval as to form by the City Attorney.\n3.
