Consider and approve the First Amendment to Section 3 Compensation of the Contract\nServices Agreement with Southland Transit, Inc. for Fixed-Route and Dial-A-Ride\nservices by adding a 15 percent contingency, increasing the original overall sum of\n$11,194,575 to $12,873,761 reflecting a $1,679,186 (15 percent) difference; and\n2.
