1.\nADOPTION OF THE PROPOSED OPERATING & CAPITAL BUDGET FOR\nFISCAL YEAR 2025-26\nRecommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council adopt Resolution No. R25-18, adopting the Operating and Capital Budget for Fiscal Year 2025-26, adopt\nResolution No. R-25-14, adopting the Salary Schedule for FY 2025-2026, and adopt\nResolution No. R-25-15, approving a new job classification for the position of fulltime Library Circulation Supervisor.
