Adopt Resolution No. 2025-XXX.\nRESOLUTION NO. 2025-XXX - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE\nCITY OF FULLERTON, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A MILLS ACT CONTRACT\nBETWEEN THE CITY AND THE OWNERS OF HISTORIC PROPERTY LOCATED AT\n520 WEST VALLEY VIEW DRIVE IN THE FORM OF AN HISTORIC PROPERTY\nPRESERVATION AGREEMENT\n2. Authorize Director of Community and Economic Development to review subsequent\nupdated improvements schedules and maintenance items provided by the property\nowners pursuant to the Historic Property Preservation Agreement (Agreement) prior to\nthe tenth anniversary of the Agreement and every tenth anniversary thereafter.
