12.3 Consideration and Authorization to Accept Additional Funding from the Los Angeles\nCounty Aging & Disabilities Department (Formerly Known as the Workforce\nDevelopment, Aging and Community Services) for the Elderly Nutrition Program for\nContract Year 2022-2023 in the Amount of $27,845.\nRECOMMENDATION OF BUSINESS ITEM UNDER CONSIDERATION:\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Authorize the City of El Monte Parks, Recreation and Community Services Department,\nto accept as Subrecipient additional funding from the Los Angeles County Aging &\nDisabilities Department for the Elderly Nutrition Program (ENP) for Contract Year 2022-\n2023 in the amount of $27,845;\n2. Authorize the City Manager or her designee to sign all necessary documents to execute\ngrant documentation; and\n3.
